Shift Details: RN Supervisor positions available, including 16-hour shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM and full-time opportunities.

Your Role:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will encompass the oversight of facility operations, safety protocols, cleanliness, and adherence to nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring nursing staff to ensure the delivery of top-quality care
  • Managing daily operations, including staffing allocations and resource management
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans
  • Conducting regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards
  • Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Qualifications:

To be a successful Nursing Supervisor, you should possess:

  • A valid state nursing license
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting is preferred
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • A strong interest in the care needs of the elderly and chronically ill
  • Excellent clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • The capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
