Your Role:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care that enhances the health and comfort of our residents. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with nursing policies and regulations, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and supervise nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Manage daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource management.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards.
  • Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff to foster professional development.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols.

What You Need:

  • Valid nursing license in your state.
  • Advanced degree or certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity within a Long-Term Care setting is desirable.
  • A compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Interest in the needs of elderly and chronically ill individuals.
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
