Description
  • 3-6 years of experience in cloud operations, CDN support, or network infrastructure monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloudflare CDN, WAF, DNS, and Workers
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform (Cloudflare provider) for IaC automation
Requirements
  • Familiarity with incident management frameworks (ITIL, SRE practices, or runbook automation).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Job responsibilities
  • CI/CD systems (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Monitoring tools (Cloudflare Analytics, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or Azure Monitor)
  • Knowledge of DNS configuration and propagation, HTTP caching, and SSL/TLS certificate management


GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Dallas, TX, is $115,000 to $125,000, and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good-faith estimate, and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
