We are excited to announce an opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Inbound Appointment Coordinator to connect with leads generated from our paid ads on Facebook and Instagram for our thriving beauty salon. Your role will involve responding to calls, texts, and DMs from potential clients, scheduling their appointments, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, confident communicators, and enjoy building relationships with clients.

We are a family-owned hair and beauty salon located in Fontana, California, proudly serving our community for over 21 years. We offer a wide range of services including haircuts, color, highlights, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, and permanent makeup. Our most popular services are haircuts, color, and highlights. We seek someone who is motivated, compassionate, patient, and concise in their communication.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Contacting all leads that opt-in to our Facebook or Instagram ads.
  • Managing inbound SMS, Facebook DMs, and Instagram DMs escalated from AI support.
  • Creating and managing follow-up tasks in our CRM system.
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments as needed.
  • Following up with no-shows to encourage them back on the calendar.
  • Collaborating with hair stylists to accommodate client requests and scheduling requirements.
  • Providing end-of-day reports.

Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Participating in a weekly review meeting.
  • Understanding and striving to meet KPI targets while collaborating on improvement ideas.

Schedule: This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with the following schedule:

  • Monday: 9 AM to 6 PM PST
  • Tuesday: Off
  • Wednesday: 9 AM to 6 PM PST
  • Thursday: 9 AM to 6 PM PST
  • Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM PST
  • Saturday: 9 AM to 6 PM PST
  • Sunday: Off
  • Includes 1 hour of breaks (30 min lunch, and 2 - 15 minute breaks or 1 - 30 minute break)
