Inbound Call Center Representative

Sparks Group has partnered with a small, privately owned, inbound call center that has been in business for almost 30 years in the Charlotte Metropolitan area. This company is seeking a Telephone Customer Service Representative to join their 3rd shift weekend team. Note: COVID vaccination and recent booster, background check, and drug screen are requirements of employment for this role.
While this role is primarily remote, candidates must reside in the Charlotte, NC area for essential onsite training and periodic meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer service calls for companies across the country
- Handle inbound calls including taking messages, entering orders for products, dispatching service technicians, and scheduling appointments
- Ensure expert level customer service is received on every call
- Document all call results into systems
- One year of telephone, computer, and internet navigation experience
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Strong grammar and written and oral communication skills
