Hire Dynamics is searching to fill several Shipping Receiving Coordinators in South Charlotte

Shift/Pay: 

  • Weekend 3rd: Sat, Sun, Mon 6pm-6am | $20 hr

Shipping Coordinator Job Duties 

  • Evaluate slot contents and generate all required documents, including the bill of lading for outbound deliveries.
  • Complete and send the daily delivery schedule and projection to each carrier as directed.
  • Fill out all required record including the seal log and other records.
  • Follow work instructions received either in verbal or written form.
  • Coordinate cube and weight requirements with the receiving teams to ensure weight, cube, and productivity goals can be achieved.
  • Proficient operation of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
  • Work independently with minimal direction

Shipping Coordinator Qualifications

  • Possess a complete understanding of all legal loading requirements to meet FDA and DOT requirements
  • Read English words, simple sentences, and numbers on documents to properly process inbound receiving bill packages, read reports, and control old freight by reading the shipping labels
  • Basic math, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of 3 number digits
  • Experience with generating reports, creating labels, and data entry
  • Must have a full understanding of Freight Bills/Delivery Receipts and terms to properly prepare a bill package based on the Operational Compliance Review criterion.
  • Must be able to work error free in an environment that contractually holds the company financially responsible with no limited liability.
