Job Posting

The Office Assistant II plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Community Development Department. The primary responsibility of this position is to be the first point of contact at the City Hall front desk. This position also performs a variety of general administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental workflows.

Position is part-time, 25 hours per week, flexible based on departmental needs. While the standard schedule is 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, adjustments will be made to accommodate staffing needs.
