We are currently hiring an energetic Front Desk/Receptionist Support Staff position to join our awesome team
This position is Tuesday - Thursday 2m-9pm
Our ideal candidate will be someone who is gregarious and proactive and who will be ready to assist guests with the highest quality customer service. Our friendly receptionist will manage multiple tasks and direct calls, handle appointments, greet clients, input client data, handle front of house ordering, change over massage rooms between clients and keep laundry attended. Additionally, they may assist manager and owner with small projects.
You are:
- Passionate about the benefits of massage and able to communicate as such with clients
- Dedicated to greeting each client with a smile and making each client feel special and heard
- Fun, easy-going and team-oriented; a lover of life
- Outstanding with customer service
- In possession of reliable transportation
- Comfortable with usage of computers, MindBody experience a plus but not required
- A close-knit and supportive team that believes in doing what we love, and loving what we do
- Engaged in our local community
- Always expanding our knowledge base through company-paid classes/training and client offerings
- Committed to our entire team making a livable wage
- Owned and operated by a licensed massage therapist who understands the needs of her clients, her therapists, and support staff who offers Health, Supplemental, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Accident, and 401K options
