The Care Management RN Manager plays a vital role as a connector among patients, families, healthcare teams, and various external agencies, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality care experience. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related health field
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • Minimum of 6 years of Case Management experience
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in Case Management
  • Experience in Case Management within an acute care hospital
  • Nursing experience across various complex client care areas
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in providing adult education to multi-disciplinary staff

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM)

This position's base pay range is $66.91 - $105.63. Additional compensation may apply, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
