Care Management Manager RN

The Care Management Manager serves as a critical liaison between patients, their families, healthcare staff, physicians, community agencies, and managed care representatives. This role is vital in establishing, implementing, and monitoring best practices and clinical standards to ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining the financial integrity of the organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related health field
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- 6 years of experience in Case Management
- 2 years of Supervisory/Management experience, preferably within Case Management
- Experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Nursing experience across a variety of complex care areas
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience teaching adult education to multidisciplinary staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field upon hire
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM)
