Key Details:

  • Pay Range: $26.10 - $39.15
  • Shift: Evening Shift (2nd)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Sign-On Bonuses: $10,000 distance-based relocation bonus and $2,000 for PM shifts available

Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment in the operating room, using aseptic surgical techniques.
  • Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring a sterile field and assisting the surgical team effectively.
  • Transport patients and manage equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and readiness for surgical procedures.
  • Assist as a Second Assistant during surgeries, demonstrating adaptability and skill.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is needed within 6 months of hire.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with mastery in pushing, pulling, and transferring patients safely.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks requiring physical stamina and dexterity.
