Key Details: Pay Range: $26.10 - $39.15 Shift: Evening Shift (2nd) Hours: 40 hours per week Sign-On Bonuses: $10,000 distance-based relocation bonus and $2,000 for PM shifts available Why Choose Us? Major Responsibilities: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment in the operating room, using aseptic surgical techniques. Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring a sterile field and assisting the surgical team effectively. Transport patients and manage equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and readiness for surgical procedures. Assist as a Second Assistant during surgeries, demonstrating adaptability and skill. Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program. No prior experience required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is needed within 6 months of hire. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with mastery in pushing, pulling, and transferring patients safely. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks requiring physical stamina and dexterity.
