Schedule: 07:00am - 3:30pm

In this pivotal role, you will perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) diagnostic examinations, optimize daily operations, and provide valuable training to new technologists and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate workflows for staff technologists and ancillary staff to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Execute MRI procedures, including patient positioning, setting image parameters, and utilizing contrast agents.
  • Review and enhance departmental policies, procedures, and training manuals.
  • Act as a resource for staff education, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage the MARS system for patient registrations, billing, and reporting, ensuring detailed records of exams.
  • Identify equipment needing maintenance and assist in maintaining supply levels while recommending purchases.
  • Participate in performance appraisals and provide input on potential promotions within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's degree required or 1-3 years formal training in Radiology Technology.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of reliable experience as an MRI Technologist preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: ARRT MRI within 1 year required, with ARRT registry eligibility.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD $42.82 - USD $78.27 /Hr.
