Diptyque, a leading luxury fragrance house, is seeking a Counter Manager to drive sales and lead the team at Bloomingdale's 59th Street.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily sales performance to meet store and company goals
- Recruit, train, and coach associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance feedback
- Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive events to increase traffic and sales
- Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular business reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Previous luxury retail management experience required
- Strong sales skills with proven ability to exceed targets
- Experience in staff development and clienteling
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
