Diptyque, a leading luxury fragrance house, is seeking a Counter Manager to drive sales and lead the team at Bloomingdale's 59th Street.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily sales performance to meet store and company goals
  • Recruit, train, and coach associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance feedback
  • Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive events to increase traffic and sales
  • Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular business reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements:
  • Previous luxury retail management experience required
  • Strong sales skills with proven ability to exceed targets
  • Experience in staff development and clienteling
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
