About the Role:
As Accounting Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations within a professional and collaborative environment. You'll leverage your expertise to manage key accounting functions and contribute to our client's continued success.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee and streamline client invoicing processes.
- Strategically monitor accounts receivable and lead efforts to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure meticulous reconciliation of payments and maintain comprehensive, accurate financial records.
- Play a critical role in the month-end close process and support audit preparations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to efficiently resolve billing and accounting issues.
- Contribute to process improvements within the accounting department to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Proven Experience: 2+ years in billing, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting, with a demonstrated ability to take on leadership responsibilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of QuickBooks, Excel, and similar accounting software.
- Exceptional Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-Driven: A track record of successfully managing deadlines and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
