Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
- Lead by example, ensuring Team Members meet operational and quality standards.
- Reflect on issues while holding yourself accountable; demonstrate vulnerability and transparency.
- Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management.
- Motivate Team Members to embrace changes and restaurant initiatives.
- Lead with both heart and intellect.
- Drive business performance by effectively managing costs.
- Adhere to operational procedures, including the Manager Timeline and conducting quality Line Checks.
- Recruit, train, nurture, and advance Team Members into higher roles.
- Enhance Guest engagement within the restaurant and build community relationships.
- Implement safe food handling practices.
- Embody Chili's culture and values: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.
