Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise operations including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they provide outstanding service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and meet financial objectives.
- Manage inventory effectively to reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with fellow Shift Supervisors and management to refine processes.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the food or hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated capability in leading a team and delivering superior customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to perform well in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
