Role Overview: As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Chili's, you'll play a key role in ensuring every Guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Our culture is fun and energetic, fostering a win-together vibe that celebrates teamwork and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding Guest experience every time.
- Be a role model for Team Members, promoting high operational and quality standards.
- Reflect on challenges and hold yourself accountable while encouraging transparency.
- Encourage open communication among Team Members and management.
- Lead Team Members through change and restaurant initiatives with respect and motivation.
- Drive business success by effectively managing costs using Chili's systems.
- Conduct quality checks and follow operational protocols diligently.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Team Members for growth within the company.
- Enhance Guest engagement and develop relationships within the community.
- Implement safe food handling practices consistently.
- Live and promote Chili's cultural beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.

Compensation: Our salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 annually.
