Salary Range: $88,192.00 - $136,697.60
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Nurse III to join our Medical/Surgical Hospitalist team on E3. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our patients, families, and colleagues. Your expertise and kindness will contribute significantly to fulfilling our mission.
- Implement physician orders and administer medications accurately and efficiently.
- Start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests while documenting all treatments according to company policies and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions effectively.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluate responses to care provided.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
- Provide essential emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administer both over-the-counter and prescription medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
- Guide and support ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
Hourly Range: $34.65-35.69
