- Conduct a variety of laboratory tests across different disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols to ensure accuracy.
- Evaluate test results meticulously, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
- Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis, as required.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all laboratory procedures, facilitate the training of new personnel, and ensure adherence to quality standards in the lab.
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
- A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
- Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science within the first year of employment.
- Maintain active certification throughout your time with us.
