Med Tech Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field; Associate's degree in MLT also accepted.
- Certification: ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Experience as a generalist is helpful but not required.
- Skills: Proficiency in lab techniques and the use of lab equipment.
