As a Retail Merchandiser Team Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional in-store merchandising support to retailers. Your responsibilities will include building eye-catching displays, reorganizing shelves to optimize product rotation, and managing inventory effectively to increase sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers. You will also assist with training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members.

  • You thrive on interacting with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • You can perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, and standing, and you can lift up to 50 lbs.
  • You have reliable transportation to your work location
  • You bring 1-2 years of merchandising experience to the table
  • You have experience in leading and training others
  • You are comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for recording work at the end of each shift
  • You possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • You are a motivated self-starter who takes initiative and strives for results
  • You are able to work independently but also value teamwork
  • You prioritize safety in a retail environment
