As the Overnight Retail Merchandiser Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional in-store merchandising support to retailers. Your responsibilities include:
- Building attractive displays and end caps
- Resetting shelves with product rotation
- Tracking inventory to optimize sales opportunities
- Assisting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires

What we are looking for in you:
- Ability to engage customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable manner
- You are at least 18 years old
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Previous experience in leading and training team members
- Proficient in using a smartphone or tablet to document work after shifts
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- A motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and results
- Ability to work independently, while also fostering effective team collaboration
- A commitment to performing job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
