As the Overnight Retail Merchandiser Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional in-store merchandising support to retailers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Building attractive displays and end caps
  • Resetting shelves with product rotation
  • Tracking inventory to optimize sales opportunities
  • Assisting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires

What we are looking for in you:

  • Ability to engage customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable manner
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work location
  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Previous experience in leading and training team members
  • Proficient in using a smartphone or tablet to document work after shifts
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • A motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and results
  • Ability to work independently, while also fostering effective team collaboration
  • A commitment to performing job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
