About the Role:
As a vital member of our Surgical Team, you will play a crucial role in the operating room. Your attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure will directly impact patient care.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient operating room environment.
• Ensure proper sterilization and preparation of surgical equipment and supplies.
• Assist in various surgical procedures while supporting the surgical team.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of the sterile field during surgery.
• Function as a Second Assistant when needed and report any issues with equipment or supplies.

Requirements:

• Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification within 6 months of hire.
• Education: Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Experience: No prior experience necessary.

Physical Requirements:
You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of lifting and positioning patients and equipment with appropriate techniques.
