Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in manufacturing and delivering high-quality semiconductor products, with a broad marketing and sales network across China, Americas, EMEA, and APAC. We are seeking an Account Manager with 4 years of experience in semiconductor sales.
Responsibilities:- Work with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
- Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
- Research and develop new customers and business segments.
- Develop account strategies and execute business plans.
- Handle customer issues effectively.
- Meet sales targets (booking/billing).
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team.
- Collaborate regionally or globally to achieve objectives.
- Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics or semiconductors.
- At least 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of semiconductor power devices and their applications.
- Proficient in office software and English communication.
- Familiar with quality tools and project management (PMP certified preferred).
