Position Details:
This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 6:00PM. No nights, no weekends. All locations worked will be in the St. Louis metro area. Business professional dress code and standards are required. This role requires the ability to support other locations on an as needed basis and reliable transportation along with a valid driver's license is required.
Hourly Compensation: $17.00-19.00 USD per hour
Amenities: Access to public transportation nearby Downtown St. Louis. Great working environment No Nights/Weekends
ResponsibilitiesThe Copy/Mail Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude, in addition to:
- Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
- Shipping & Receiving/Ordering supplies
- Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines as well as all safety procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned, but not limited to scanning documents, assisting with office moves, etc.
The Copy/Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to:
- Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
