We are looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in Spanish and English. This part-time, remote position offers fixed hours from 10 am to 2 pm EST, Monday through Friday. During quieter times, you’ll receive valuable training and engage in outreach efforts to help expand our corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and updates using Excel.
- Deliver timely and professional communication to enhance client satisfaction.
- Identify and flag customer issues that require escalation and collaborate with team leads to find resolutions.
- Participate in training sessions to support corporate outreach initiatives during downtime.
- Represent our client's mission and values in every interaction.
