Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and goal?oriented Sales Account Manager to join our high?performing agency. As a Sales Account Manager, youll play a key role in driving revenue, providing tailored insurance solutions, and cultivating lasting client relationships. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a results?driven mindset.
This role requires previous sales experience or a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals. Only applicants who meet these criteria will be considered.
CompensationBase salary $55,000 $85,000 per year, plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities- Generating new business through outreach, networking, and lead conversion
- Conducting personalized consultations to identify and meet clients insurance needs
- Selling and cross?selling products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
- Maintaining strong client relationships through proactive service and policy reviews
- Meeting and exceeding individual sales goals to support agency growth
- Staying up to date on product knowledge and industry compliance
- Utilizing CRM tools to manage leads, follow?ups, and renewals
- Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in outbound calling and closing sales
- A coachable attitude with strong motivation to learn and succeed
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Base salary plus uncapped commissions
