Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to cover the Washington DC market, Western Virginia, and Baltimore, MD areas. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts, developing new business with retail flooring stores, and representing our SPC flooring product line with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Desire for person to live in the Washington, DC area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail accounts in the assigned territory.
- Identify and close new retail sales opportunities within the territory.
- Promote the company's SPC flooring products to retail stores through in-person visits, product presentations, and merchandising support.
- Maintain and manage in-store displays, ensuring they are current and presentable.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Efficiently manage a provided expense account for travel, meals, and client entertainment as necessary.
- Represent the company at trade shows and regional industry events as needed.
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the flooring, building materials, or home improvement industries.
- Familiarity with SPC or LVT flooring is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
