Your Role

Responsibilities
  • Oversee Full-Cycle Recruitment, from initial discussions to successful closures.
  • Act as a Trusted Client Advisor, gaining insight into their recruitment needs, challenges, and culture.
  • Sourcing Talent Strategically with our specialized CRM/ATS along with your own connections and tools such as our innovative communications platform.
  • Utilize Our Advanced Platform to effectively manage candidates and track outreach, automating follow-ups to stay organized.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that yield lasting benefits for clients, resulting in significant commissions for you.
  • Help Shape Thought Leadership as we build our brand - and yours too.
