The Account Manager is in charge of building long-term relationships with a specific group of customers with the goal to keep clients or accounts as long as possible while maximizing revenue potential. Account managers also promote L2 service offerings and increase BTP business opportunities across the full spectrum of L2's capabilities. This role will be Salary CommissionEXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPerform customer and sales activities as directed and monitors customer service in order to ensure that the company objectives are met.Serves customers by selling L2 products/services and meeting customer needs.Development of proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies for assigned customer projects.Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining sales system improvements; implementing change.Maintains timely and effective communications with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the Director of Manufacturing Services regarding customer activities.Researches and reports on competition. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.Maintains a positive image for the company in the marketplace, and participates in industry events.Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to all customers assigned combined with regular updates.Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation to ensure all client requirements are met.
