Job DescriptionAs a Vice President in our Industrial Brokerage team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leasing, tenant representation, acquisition, and sales of industrial properties. This position is part of a larger, dynamic, national program aimed at expanding and optimizing industrial real estate operations. You will be responsible for business development activities while also researching market trends, assisting with property valuations, preparing client presentations, and contributing to negotiations and transactions. Working alongside other brokers, you will help drive the strategy for growth and development in the industrial sector while gaining exposure to various aspects of commercial real estate in a fast-paced and evolving environment.This is an incredible opportunity if you are looking for a dynamic opportunity in commercial real estate, currently working in another field and looking to pivot, or you're already in the CRE industry and eager to make an immediate impact. This is your chance to join a growing team with a strong focus on industrial real estate.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDeveloping a deep understanding of the real estate market by obtaining the latest market and industry research, historical information, and trendsCreating and organizing a detailed database for tenant pursuits and proactively scheduling and meeting with prospective tenantsExtensive cold calling, face-to-face prospecting, and other business development practicesContributing to building tours, presentations, drafting proposals, and report preparationResponsible for tracking and collecting market level data and comps for their submarketMaintaining daily interaction with clients and prospective clientsParticipate in firm marketing and business development opportunitiesPerforming financial modeling and analysisQualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required. MSRE, MBA, CFA, CCIM or SOIR preferred.3-5 years similar client business development experience preferred.An understanding of client needs and dedication to serviceStrong financial analysis skillsMust possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentLeadership experience, sales and negotiating skillsStrong verbal and written communicationWorking knowledge of ExcelGeneral understanding of CRM software and toolsAbility to be an independent worker with a team player attitudeMust be able to succeed in an environment that values individual perspectives and encourages sharing of information and ideas, while driving towards common goalsAdditional InformationOnce you have completed your application, you will receive an email from with a link to the Culture Index survey which will help us gain a better understanding of your strengths and motivational drives.
