About the Role: As the Regional Vice President, Sales, you will lead the overall success of a high-performing region. You’ll provide strategic direction, empower talent, and execute national and regional initiatives that elevate client relationships and grow market share. This role requires a seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-moving, relationship-driven environment and is passionate about the design industry. What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership & Regional Success Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with national goals. Champion and activate national sales programs within the Southeast. Drive consistent sales growth across the region while identifying new opportunities. People Leadership & Talent Development Build, lead, and inspire a collaborative regional sales team. Set performance goals for showroom managers and road representatives. Conduct biannual team evaluations and partner with HR on staffing decisions. Coach and develop team members, fostering accountability, growth, and engagement. Customer & Market Engagement Cultivate strong relationships with top customers, design firms, and agent showrooms. Conduct ongoing evaluation of regional performance, customer base, competition, and team strengths. Represent the region with a strong, solutions-oriented presence. Qualifications   Experienced Sales Leader with 5+ years of sales management and measurable success. Industry Expert with 10+ years in the interior design ecosystem—ideally fabrics, wallcovering, furniture, carpet, or related. Relationship-Driven Professional with a strong following and established connections in the Southeast A&D community. Skilled Strategist with strengths in strategic planning, talent development, goal setting, accountability, and change management. Strong Communicator with polished presentation, communication, and technical skills—including proficiency in Google Workspace. Inspirational Leader who can build, motivate, and retain a high-performing, results-driven team. Degree-Qualified, preferably in interior design, business, marketing, or related fields.
