Job Summary The Vice President of Operations oversees regional operations managers and facilities teams, working closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations to execute operational priorities across the region. This role includes day‑to‑day management, marketing, and business development activities. Responsibilities Operational Oversight Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while identifying improvement opportunities. Maintain assets and communities to Quinn standards and brand. Manage day‑to‑day business activities across operations, sales, and marketing. Help set and meet monthly and quarterly goals with teams. Partner with Regional Operations Managers on creative marketing, advertising strategies, and channel selection. Monitor online pricing and marketing channels for accuracy. Ensure pricing compliance and oversight. Oversee property website content in coordination with the Regional Marketing Manager. Oversee collections and eviction processes. Create policies and procedures. Collaborate with accounting on financials, reclassifications, and accruals. Negotiate contracts under SVP oversight. Reporting Work with SVP of Operations on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Assist in preparing, implementing, and tracking the annual operating and capital budgets and forecasts. Allocate payroll. Prepare accurate financial reports, including budget‑to‑actual variance commentary and lender reporting. Ensure compliance with state and local regulations and HOA oversight. Compile and present written and oral reports to management and the Board of Directors. Industry Knowledge, Expertise, and Collaboration Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and technology. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. Collaborate with construction on new project development and marketing/lease activities. Coordinate with construction teams for weekly deliveries of homes and amenities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or 10+ years in Property Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills, and Adobe software. Experience with Yardi or similar property management software. Ability to multi‑task across multiple projects and deadlines. Strong eye for construction details and overall property attributes. Excellent organizational, creative, and communication skills. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. Required in‑office presence; travel required up to 60% of the time. Status: Exempt #J-18808-Ljbffr
