Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial reporting, including month-end close and financial statements. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing operations. Manage cost accounting activities, including product costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies. Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. Coordinate and manage external audits. Optimize cash flow management and working capital strategies. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with significant time in a manufacturing environment. Expertise in GAAP, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial reporting. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel. Proven ability to manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
