Account Executive, Managed Services

We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our MSP sales team and become a trusted advisor for our clients. The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth and managing relationships with clients from a multitude of verticals in the small and mid-market account sectors. In this role, you'll help organizations navigate their IT challenges with confidence by promoting solutions that truly make a difference. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Identify and pursue new business opportunities for managed IT services within target marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnershipDevelop customized proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase the company's value propositionCollaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective managed services solutionsNegotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with company standards and profitability goalsTrack sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM systems and regularly report progress to managementMeet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targetsDevelop a territory plan in collaboration with the VP of Sales for Managed ServicesAll other duties, as assignedSkills:Self-starter, self-motivated and driven for success Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build positive and professional relationships at all levels within organizationsStrong organizational, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, presentation and time management skillsCapable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a teamEnthusiastic and positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer serviceMotivated, goal oriented and coachable with a passion for learningAbility to earn client trust, along with excellent relationship management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Sales, a related field or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 5 years of IT sales or account management experience in a similar role, with an emphasis on managed servicesPrior experience working in a professional services or managed services provider environment, with a strong understanding of managed IT servicesProficiency with CRM softwareOther:Driver's license and access to transportation to travel to current and prospective customer sites, preferredThis is your opportunity to make an impact with a growing MSP that's dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. This role is also eligible for commission earnings based on individual sales performance and on-target earnings (OTE) will vary based on performance. Final offer will depend on experience, qualifications, location and other relevant factors.
