ADAS Sensor Core EngineerUse your technical expertise to make driving safer, easier and better for our customers. The Advance Driver Assistance Technology (ADAS) team develops state-of-the-art software and algorithms to deliver best-in-class features like adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, driver monitoring, and 360 camera systems.  We are seeking a highly driven engineer responsible for the program application work for ADAS sensors. You would lead hardware and software core development and own requirements for these systems that control ADAS features across all vehicle programs.  You'll have… BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or strongly related equivalent Experience with packaging electronic modules and components in vehicles 3+ years of experience in Hardware Design of Electrical Engineering components. 7+ years of experience with Automotive Component or Subsystem Product Development tools and processes. Strong understanding and application of engineering disciplines (engineering specifications, systems engineering, design validation, failure mode analysis, 8D, Six Sigma, . An expert at analyzing and resolving complex issues. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, self-motivated, proactive, eager to take responsibility, and deliver results with minimal supervision. Outstanding supplier relationship skills to coach and lead suppliers as required. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to quickly learn the job (with mentoring from others) and then be able to self-lead the D&R Application work on programs. Ability to clearly and concisely communicate and interact with others, both orally and in writing. Ability to travel Even better, you may have… MSEE or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of E/E Layout, WCCA, or other industrialization of electronics experience. Experience with ADAS sensing technologies (., camera, radar, lidar, ultrasonic). 3+ years of Optical Experience in Lens Design, MTF, SRF, etc. 3+ years of Infrared Technologies or equivalent.  Electrical and Mechanical subsystems, brackets design experience.
