What You’ll Do Sell new, high-quality homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory while working with and learning from an industry-leading sales team. We have also received the highest distinction in customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate alignment with True Homes’ culture and values. Assist in attracting and persuading prospects to build a True Home. Execute the follow-up process with prospects and document all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Register all client visits and communication in CRM and provide timely follow-up. Inspect communities, models, and signage to ensure a professional and inviting sales environment. Engage with clients immediately upon entering the sales office to create a seamless experience. Maintain consistent client communication, documenting interactions, and ensuring top-tier customer service. Qualifications Active state real estate license or willingness to enroll in a state-approved real estate licensing course (required). 1+ years of quota-bearing, commission-based sales experience (required). 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience (required). Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work weekends on a regular basis (with two consecutive off days) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. Formal sales training, B2B experience, broker experience, and leadership experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
