Conduct in-home consultations to recommend HVAC system upgrades. Leverage provided, high-quality leads to drive revenue—NO Cold Calling Educate homeowners on heating, cooling, and air quality solutions. Offer financing options to make home comfort solutions more accessible. Manage the entire sales process from consultation to closing. Collaborate with expert installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.Qualifications
2+ years of in-home sales experience required (HVAC, Solar, Windows, Roofing, or similar). Proven success in closing high-ticket sales and meeting revenue targets. Ability to build trust, explain value, and tailor solutions to customer needs. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to appointments in a company-provided vehicle.
