What You'll Do

The Client Executive 2 will be responsible for direct oversight of all Food & Nutrition Services as well as leadership of a strong management team, The Client Executive 2 will also be responsible for building strong relationships throughout the facility with hospital senior leadership, department heads, nursing management, and employees. Navigates the client organization through effective communication, influencing and persuading at all levels. Owns and drives the operational excellence commitment of Sodexo and client. Delivers predictable top and bottom-line results at the site, relentless focus on driving efficiency, an edge in execution, and makes difficult decisions.

Drives innovation and creates a culture where change is embraced and operationalized. Optimize relationships to enhance customer service and fiscal stability of the business relationship through use of the Clients for Life tools and resources. Effectively partners with internal stakeholders (., regions, functions, Health Care Market, NORAM, and Group) to drive successful, cross‐functional outcomes.
