What You’ll Do As an ELIFIN® Apprentice, you’ll start building the habits, disciplines, and knowledge base that allow new agents to ramp quickly. Over the two-month program, you will: Become an expert in your specialized area of focus.  Participate in regular training sessions covering the full commercial real estate deal cycle.
