If you have a keen eye for precision, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to grow with a company that invests in its people, we want you on our team Location: Fort Washington, PA Pay Rate: $23/hr Shift: 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule (6:15pm – 6:45am) What You'll Do: Operate, troubleshoot, and ensure the optimal performance of state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. Set up, adjust, and repair machines to meet rigorous production and quality standards. Monitor production lines for efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance (SOP/GMP). Maintain detailed and accurate records of machine operation, quality checks, and maintenance activities. Collaborate closely with maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement. Take a leadership role by training and mentoring junior operators. What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or GED (relevant technical certifications are a plus). At least 2 years’ experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical or related regulated industry. Solid knowledge of machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent problem-solving abilities and obsessive attention to detail.
