No prior experience required—just your willingness to learn and grow in an industry that makes a real difference Location: Fort Washington, PA Pay Rate: $20.52/hr Shift: 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule (6:15pm – 6:45am) What You'll Do: Learn to operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment. Assist with setup and adjustment of machines to meet production and quality standards. Support troubleshooting and routine maintenance, with plenty of training provided. Maintain accurate records of operations, quality checks, and maintenance activities. Work closely with maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering teams. Participate in ongoing training for continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or GED (technical certifications are a plus). 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation—no previous experience required Interest in learning machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting. Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow directions. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Familiarity with SOPs/GMP is a plus; full training provided.
