Are you a detail-driven construction professional with a passion for accuracy, problem-solving, and helping projects come to life? We’re looking for an Experienced Construction Estimator to join our growing team in Southeast Michigan.What You’ll Do:Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projectsReview drawings, specifications, and bid documents to create detailed scopes of work for all work divisionsCollaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clientsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and value-engineering optionsAssist with budgeting, scheduling, and proposal developmentEvaluate and qualify subcontractor bids for optimal project cost creationPresent budgets, schedules, and project cost summaries to prospective and/or existing clientsRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years experience as a commercial construction estimatorBachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Management/Civil EngineeringStrong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standardsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentsProficiency with estimating/takeoff software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar) as well as Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, analytical, time management, and organizational skillsCommitment to accuracy and meeting deadlinesCommercial construction field experience preferredBenefitsWhy Join Us:Competitive pay and comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, 401k, and profit sharingSupportive, team-focused, and autonomous work environmentOpportunities for growth and advancementThe opportunity to have a direct effect on award-winning projects that make a real impact in our communityIf you’re ready to bring your expertise to a company that values quality, integrity, and teamwork, we’d love to hear from youSalary RangeThe salary range for this role is $85,000–$100,000, with additional earning potential through annual bonuses and company profit-sharing.
