Professional Front Desk Receptionist Opportunity Our esteemed client in Nashville, TN is currently seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join their team on a contractual basis. Company Overview: Industry: Plastic Surgery Work Environment: Supportive and Experienced Team Role of Front Desk Receptionist: Provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients by assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, updating information, and ensuring paperwork accuracy. Greet visitors and patients cordially, offering assistance with a positive attitude. Maintain the reception area to uphold a tidy and organized appearance. Schedule and confirm appointments and consultations efficiently via phone. Handle call management, message-taking, and responding to inquiries. Process credit card payments, including those related to QuickBooks products and services (prior experience preferred; training available). Communicate surgical quotes to patients through phone and email. Distribute incoming faxes and mail promptly. Maintain utmost confidentiality in all interactions. Qualifications for Front Desk Receptionist Role: Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: 2+ years in a related field Proficiency in computer operations Preferably familiar with EMR software Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar payment systems is advantageous Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills in-person and over the phone Excellent organizational abilities with efficient multitasking capabilities Possess a professional and polished demeanor with a neat appearance Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting CSR, Admin, receptionist  Frontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
