Front Desk ReceptionistOur client in Nashville, TN has an immediate need for a Front Desk Receptionist on a contract basis.Company Profile:Plastic SurgeonFriendly & Tenured TeamFront Desk Receptionist Role:The Front Desk Receptionist will provide a professional and positive experience while assisting patients with check-in and check-out procedures, verifying current information, and obtaining updated paperwork when necessary.Greet patients and visitors in a warm, friendly, and helpful mannerMaintain the reception areaSchedule and confirm appointments and consultations via phoneAnswer and screen calls, take messages, and respond to inquiriesTake credit card payments as needed, including payments for QuickBooks products and services (prior experience preferred; training provided if needed)Discuss surgical quotes with patients via phone and emailPrint and distribute faxes and mailMaintain strict confidentiality at all timesFront Desk Receptionist Background Profile:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of related experienceComfortable with and computer literateExperience with EMR software preferredFamiliarity with QuickBooks or payment systems a plusExcellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in personStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProfessional and polished demeanor and appearanceDesire to work in a fast-paced environment
