Professional Front Desk Receptionist Opportunity

Our esteemed client in Nashville, TN is currently seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join their team on a contractual basis.

Role of Front Desk Receptionist:
  • Provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients by assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, updating information, and ensuring paperwork accuracy.
  • Greet visitors and patients cordially, offering assistance with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain the reception area to uphold a tidy and organized appearance.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and consultations efficiently via phone.
  • Handle call management, message-taking, and responding to inquiries.
  • Process credit card payments, including those related to QuickBooks products and services (prior experience preferred; training available).
  • Communicate surgical quotes to patients through phone and email.
  • Distribute incoming faxes and mail promptly.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications for Front Desk Receptionist Role:
  • Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 2+ years in a related field
  • Proficiency in computer operations
  • Preferably familiar with EMR software
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar payment systems is advantageous
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills in-person and over the phone
  • Excellent organizational abilities with efficient multitasking capabilities
  • Possess a professional and polished demeanor with a neat appearance
  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting
