Machine Operator

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Machine Operator. Position type: Full Time, Contract Duration: 4 + month(s) contract possible extension Location:North Kingstown, RI 02852 Shift : 2:55pm - 10:55pm Primary Responsibilities: Must be able to work in a high-paced environment Operate card production equipment and perform related activities Confirm work receipt Formulate and implement work priority decisions Exceed production output and quality standards Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions Work independently performing quality inspections on own work to production standards Maintain a clean and orderly work area Identify potential production and quality problems; recommending remedial, corrective or contingency action Work with other operators, technicians and supervisory staff to assist with problems and to an effective work environment Awareness and compliance with all security and production policies/procedures Must possess basic computer skills Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent experience Basic computer skills Basic math skills required PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $16.00 to $18.72 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: Innova Solutions offers benefits( based on eligibility) that include the following: Medical & pharmacy coverage, Dental/vision insurance, 401(k), Health saving account (HSA) and Flexible spending account (FSA), Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, Short term and Long term Disability, Accident & Critical illness coverage, Pre-paid legal & ID theft protection, Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
