GUEST SERVICE ATTENDANT**The Guest Service Attendant position is Seasonal**(Mid-April through Mid-September with hiring and training beginning as early as December)The Guest Service Attendant supports daily operations across multiple areas, including the gift shop, front gate, ticket booth, parties and rentals, and concessions as needed. This role is responsible for maintaining order and enforcing venue rules while ensuring a smooth and efficient guest entry process. Guest Service Attendants provide exceptional customer service, assist with crowd control, and help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the park.Minimum Qualifications15 years of age or olderAccurately count money and disperse changePreferencesAbility to use a computer and various computer programs including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other software programsAbility to adapt quicklyIndividuals who are team oriented with a positive, can-do attitudeComfortability with public speaking and holding conversationsCPR Certified or the ability to achieve certification by start datePhysical Requirements•Ability to walk, run, stand, sit and complete a variety of motor skills•Ability to walk and/or stand on concrete for the majority of your shift•Ability to bend to the floor and reach overhead•Ability to lift and carry 30-70 pounds regularly to chest height•Ability to hear and see wellMental Requirements•Ability to demonstrate exceptional punctuality and attendance•Ability to project a positive attitude, manner, and appearance•Ability to think clearly and respond appropriately in an emergency•Ability to demonstrate mature judgment and ethical behavior•Ability to read, write and perform mathematical equations•Ability to work with limited supervision•Ability to multitask•Ability to use knowledge; critical thinking skills; judgment and problem-solving skills to handle situations•Ability to resolve conflict fairly, safely, and in a timely mannerEnvironmental Conditions•Ability to work staggered shift assignments as necessary including evenings, weekends, and holidays•Ability to work in hot, cold, wet and/or other unpleasant outdoor conditions•Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environmentPay RateThis position is $15.00 per hour.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
